Using Magnet-Me means you agree to what's below. We tried to keep it short, honest, and free of trapdoors.

These terms form a binding contract between you and Magnet-Me ("we", "us") covering your use of the Magnet-Me desktop application, the magnetme.app website, and the licence server. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
Download the installer and run it. You get 14 days of full, unrestricted access to every feature. We do not ask for a name, email, or payment method during the trial. When the 14 days end, the app stops printing until you activate.
When you activate, you choose a plan (monthly or yearly), approve a PayPal subscription, and we extend your access by 30 days at no charge. PayPal does not bill you until the 30 days are up. You can cancel any time during the 30 days from the manage page and PayPal will never charge you.
Current pricing is ₪50 / month or ₪490 / year (≈ $14 / month or $139 / year — PayPal handles the FX). Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day until you cancel. We will email you 5 days before the first paid charge so the conversion is never a surprise. If we change pricing, your existing renewal price is locked in for 12 months.
If a renewal payment fails (declined card, expired card, insufficient funds) PayPal retries on its own schedule and we give you 7 days of full access while that resolves. If no payment lands within 7 days the app moves to Suspended and printing stops. Updating your card in PayPal restores access instantly — your event data is untouched.
Each subscription binds to one device id at activation. Need to move to a new laptop? Email magnetmesupp@gmail.com with the new device id from the new install and we will re-issue the licence within one business day. This is free.
You agree not to:
Refer someone who activates and pays for 3 consecutive months and you earn one free month, applied to your next renewal. The credit is provisional during the 3-month window — if the referred user cancels before month 3 the credit is clawed back. Yearly plans count as 12 months immediately. Magnet-Me is provided "as is". We take huge pride in shipping reliable software, but we cannot warrant it will be bug-free or that every printer driver will behave. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages — including missed prints at a live event. The trial exists so you can prove the software works on your hardware before you commit.
We can suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you breach these terms, particularly Section 8. We will email you the reason before taking action wherever practicable. If we discontinue the product entirely, we will give 90 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of any unused paid time.
If we materially change these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and email everyone with an active subscription at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can cancel before that date and we'll refund any unused paid time pro-rata.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email will go to the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
